Removal and installation of sensors of a control system by the engine

CKP sensor

4-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the thermofilter of a final collector.
  1. Remove the sensor with a sealing ring (3 on an illustration) and, having liberated electroconducting (4) sensors, separate its socket (5) and remove the sensor.
  1. Installation is made upside-down, if necessary replace a sealing ring. Before installation grease a sealing ring of the CKP sensor with impellent oil.

Petrol V6 engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  1. Separate the socket (2 on an illustration) CKP sensor electroconductings, liberate it from collars (3) and поддомкратьте the car.
  1. Give the top bolt (5) on a turbokompressor arm, remove the thermofilter and remove the CKP (6) sensor.
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Use the new sealing ring greased with impellent oil.

Diesel engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Poddomkratta the car also remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment and casings of wheel arches.
  1. Separate the socket and remove the CKP sensor.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Previously grease a sealing ring with vaseline.

ECT sensor

4-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure in cooling system, separate the socket and remove the ECT sensor.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. If necessary replace consolidation of the sensor and grease its carving with vaseline.

Petrol V6 engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine and lower pressure with cooling system.
  1. Disconnect from the throttle case a delivery hose of a turbokompressor (3 on an illustration) and a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (4) then remove the throttle case from the inlet pipeline (5).
  1. Separate the socket of the ECT sensor and remove the sensor.

Replacement of the sensor should be made as soon as possible to avoid superfluous losses of cooling liquid.

  1. Installation is made upside-down. If necessary use new consolidations of understanding connections. A carving of the sensor grease with means of Molycote 1000.

Diesel engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Dump pressure in system of cooling and remove a hose (2 on an illustration) between the MAF sensor and a turbokompressor.
  1. Remove the top cover (3) engines and the top hose (4) turbokompressor then separate the socket (5) and quickly replace the ECT (6) sensor.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

Replacement of the CMP sensor of the diesel engine

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a hose (1 on an illustration) between the MAF sensor and a turbokompressor, and also the top cover (2) engines.
  1. Separate the socket (3 on an illustration) and replace the sensor (4).
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

Replacement and dumping Ý/m valve of emergency operation

Removal and installation

The replacement description Ý/m the valve of emergency operation is provided for 4-cylinder engines. On V6 engines operate similarly.

After removal Ý/m the valve the control unit works with the engine in emergency operation therefore it is necessary to transfer it to a normal mode.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and a cover (2) levers of a butterfly valve.
  1. Turn out the bottom bolt (3 on an illustration), remove a protective casing and separate the socket (4).
  2. Turn out the top screw (5 on an illustration) and remove Ý/m the valve (6).
  3. Installation is made upside-down.

Transfer Ý/m the valve in a normal mode

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Include ignitions and clear memory of the control unit the engine by means of the diagnostic device. Then wait for 10 seconds.
  2. Accurately press for the spring end in the direction of the case of a throttle.
Location of a spring on 4-cylinder engine.
Location of a spring on the petrol V6 engine.
  1. Turn a screw-driver a black rotor (6 on an illustration) counter-clockwise before click, and then turn clockwise the lever of a pedal (7). Make sure that the throttle lever (8) does not follow the pedal lever at rotation of the last.

Switch темпостата

The switch темпостата is built in in left podrulevy the switch and the description of its removal and installation the Onboard electric equipment is given in Head.

Sensor of provision of a pedal of a brake

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover an arm of pedals, having turned out 3 screws and having liberated it from clamps.
  1. Accurately turn the sensor of provision of a pedal of a brake on a corner the 180th hail. clockwise also remove it from the holder.
  1. Separate the sensor socket.
  2. Extend a rod the sensor till a rod stop.
  3. Squeeze out a brake pedal, establish the sensor and accurately release a pedal.
  4. Join the socket and establish a cover of an arm of pedals.

Sensor of provision of a pedal of coupling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover an arm of pedals and squeeze out a coupling pedal.
  2. Extend the red plug (3) on the sensor before click then remove the sensor and separate its socket (5).
