Removal and installation of components of system of preheat of the diesel engine
Module of management of preheat

- Give nuts (1), separate sockets (2) and remove the module of management of preheat.
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Glow plugs
|
|
- Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline (see. Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
- Separate sockets of the EGR valve, the sensor of temperature of fuel and the MAP sensor.
|
|
- Remove submitting fuel tubes of nozzles 1, 3, 4 and 5 (6 on an illustration) and the returnable fuel line (7) of a back row of cylinders together with arms.

|
|
- Separate sockets of electroconducting of nozzles and remove nozzles.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new laying of the returnable fuel line and new submitting tubes.
