Removal and installation of the dashboard and its components

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Switch off ignition.
  1. Remove the lattices of forward loudspeakers (2) fixed on clamps, and remove loudspeakers (3), having disconnected from them electroconducting.
  1. Uncover (4), located in the dashboard center. On models with ACC and/or the anticreeping alarm system separate the socket, and squeeze out the sensor through an opening in the dashboard.
  2. Remove a ware box and an air line (see. Section Removal and installation of the main ware box).
  3. Establish a steering wheel in the provision of rectilinear movement of the car.
  1. Remove caps, turn out 2 screws (7) and remove a safety cushion of the driver.
  1. Separate sockets (8) safety cushions, the horn and audiosystem switch (at the corresponding complete set) – see also Section Removal and installation of assembly of a steering column.
  2. Give a nut (9) fastenings of a steering wheel, having left it to keep on several rounds of a carving. Shift a steering wheel to a nut, then completely remove a nut and a steering wheel.

Fix a spiral spring on a steering column.


  1. Turn out 2 screws and remove the diagnostic socket (10).
  1. Remove the left bottom section of the dashboard and an air line (11), having turned out 3 screws.
  2. Remove illumination of a floor from below dashboards.
  1. On models from RKPP remove a cover (13) levers of gear shifting. On models from AT a small screw-driver remove a bandage tape.
  1. Remove an ashtray with the holder and turn out 2 screws (15) behind it.
  2. Separate the socket (16) of the switch of the uniform lock and sockets (17) of the lighter and heating of seats.
  3. Remove casings of a steering column and podrulevy switches.
  4. Remove the multipurpose display, an audiosystem and the control unit heating and ventilation.
  5. Uncover at the right end face of the dashboard and the control unit lighting.
  1. Remove the remained switches (7), turn out 6 screws, liberate 4 clamps (8) and remove a control panel (9).
  1. Turn out 3 screws and remove the main assembly block (19). Remove a boot (20) helmsman of a column (4 screws).
  1. Turn out 4 screws and remove a combination of devices, having separated its sockets.
  1. Remove an air line on the party of the driver (fastens one screw).
  2. On models with a safety cushion of the forward passenger separate its socket and the holder, having turned out one screw.
  3. Remove a covering of a threshold of a driver's door, unbend a carpet and remove a protective plate in front of the bottom support of the dashboard.
  1. Remove back section of the central console, having raised it up and having separated the socket (26).
  1. Establish the lever the selector gear shifting / lever in the situation "R" "/P" (models with RKPP/AT) and take a key from the ignition lock.
  2. Remove from the ignition lock an immobilizator (28), having turned it and having pulled up, and then having separated the socket. Insert a key into the ignition lock.
  3. Separate the socket of the switch of window regulators (29).
  1. Turn out 6 screws (30) of fastening of the top section of the central console and raise its forward part.
  1. Turn out 3 screws and remove a metal bracket (31) with an adjusting pin.
  1. Turn out 2 screws and weaken one nut (32) fastenings of the upper edge of the dashboard.
  1. Turn out 2 screws (33) fastenings of bottom edge of the dashboard.
  2. Remove the dashboard, having raised it and having extended outside.
  3. Installation is made upside-down.
