Removal and installation of bumpers

Front bumper of models till 2002 вып.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a decorative reshyotka of a radiator (see. The section Removal and installation decorative a radiator reshyotok), indexes of turns and levers of cleaners of headlights (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  1. Turn out 4 bolts (4) fastenings of a bumper to a beam (2 behind indexes of turns and 2 on a bumper beam) and give nuts (5) fastenings of a bumper to wings
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of loker to a bumper.
  1. Remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment, separate sockets of fog lights (see. Head Onboard electric equipment) and temperature sensor.
  1. Unhook external corners from both parties of a bumper from wings and loker and remove a bumper, having pulled it forward.
  1. At installation of a new bumper transfer on it from an old bumper a spoiler and a plate of registration plate.
  1. Make sure that metal holders (9 pieces) are not lost and not погнуты.
  1. Establish a bumper on a beam, watching that limiters of levers of cleaners of headlights and their shaft э / motors correctly settled down concerning a bumper.
  2. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. In summary check serviceability of functioning of indexes of turns, fog lights and cleaners of headlights.

Front bumper of models since 2002 вып.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove lateral decorative reshyotka of a radiator (see. Section Removal and installation decorative radiator reshyotok) and cover of the storage battery.
  2. Remove indexes of turns and a headlight (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a bumper to a beam.
  1. Remove a protective cover of washers of headlights, having compressed its clamps and turn out bolts of fastening of loker to a bumper.
  1. Remove the bottom protective casing of an impellent compartment and the top clamps of a bumper.
  1. Unhook external corners from both parties of a bumper from wings and loker and separate sockets of fog lights and the temperature sensor.
  2. Delay a bumper on each side and remove it from six clamps.
  1. In need of removal of an arm of a bumper slightly turn out bolts of fastening of washers of headlights, turn out 4 bolts of fastening of an arm (3) and weaken a collar (4).
  1. At installation of a new bumper transfer on it from an old bumper a spoiler, a plate of registration plate, moldings and the bottom decorative reshyotka of a radiator.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

Rear bumper of the Sedan models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out on two screws (1) of each wheel arch.
  1. Open a trunk lid and remove the bottom overlay of an aperture of a luggage compartment.
  1. Unbend a carpet of a luggage compartment (4). On models since 2002 вып. remove consolidations then give nuts of fastening of a bumper (5).
  1. On models till 2002 вып. remove an angular pro-rate under back combined фонарём (5).
  1. On models since 2002 вып. remove moldings (6) and give nuts (7) of two openings behind a back molding.
  1. At a complete set the coupling device separate its sockets and turn out bolts of its fastening to a body.
  1. Together with the assistant remove a bumper from clamps and pull it back. At the corresponding complete set separate the socket of the sensor of system of the help at a parking (1).
  1. In need of removal of arms of fastening of a rear bumper of models from 2002 вып. turn out bolts of fastening of an arm.
  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Rear bumper and top shelf of a bumper of the Versatile person models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a back door. On models since 2002 вып. remove angular moldings of a rear bumper.
  1. Turn out screws of fastening of the top shelf of a bumper (3).
  1. Liberate from clamps bottom country of the shelf of a bumper, slightly unbend its corner and remove it, having pulled directly back. At the corresponding complete set separate sockets of sensors of the help at a parking.
  2. Turn out on two screws from each wheel arch.
  1. Remove ware boxes (4) and isolating plates (5) in a luggage compartment. On models till 2002 вып. remove the back combined lamps (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  1. Give bumper fixture.
  1. At a complete set the coupling device separate its sockets and turn out bolts of its fastening to a body.
  2. Together with the assistant remove a bumper from clamps and pull it back. At the corresponding complete set separate sockets of sensors of system of the help at a parking.
  3. Installation is made upside-down.
