Electric equipment schemes

General information

A food of electric components of the car is provided on several chains, depending on various factors:

• A food from the battery. Tension of the battery moves directly on a starter, the generator, both relays of the lighting, some safety locks in an impellent compartment and A safety lock in the main assembly block.
• Chain +30 запитана at the lock which was in the provision "LOCK" of ignition and an izvlyochyonny key from it.
• Chain +15 запитана at ignition key turn in the situation "ON" or "START".

On enclosed schemes of electric equipment the following provisions by default are adopted:

• Switches and the relay are shown in switched off or not zapitanny situation;
• The ignition key is taken from the lock;
• The uniform lock is unblocked;
• Cooling, brake and washing liquids are filled completely;
• Transmission is established in neutral situation;
• The parking brake is released.

The designations which are using on schemes of electric equipment

Points of grounding are designated by number and a letter G facing it, for example, G14. In certain cases points of grounding share on so-called grounding on a signal and grounding on a food, and are designated by an additional letter – according to S or P.

Connections are designated by number and a letter H facing it, for example, H16-1. Here 16 – number of contacts, and 1 – serial number of connection in group. The connections being in a plait of electroconducting are designated by number and a letter J facing it, for example, J43.

Electroconducting designations

Designation of wires on schemes consists of three parts and looks like the P15-5 YE/GY 2.5 type.

The first part (P15-5) consists from:

1. The letter meaning group of systems to which the wire belongs:

• C — Ensuring comfort
• D — Diagnostics
• E — the Engine
• G — Transmission
• I\Devices
• L — Lighting
• P — Providing with a food
• Q — the Anticreeping alarm system
• S — Safety
• T — Communication
• V\Providing review
• W — Warning systems
• X\Other (for example, tires)

2. Individual number, except:

• 15 — the Chain +15
• 30 — the Chain +30
• 31 — Weight
• 54 — the Chain +54

Wires with an identical letter and figure, for example, E110, E110-1, E110-2 etc. usually carry out identical functions.

The second part (YE/GY) represents a color code

• BK — Black
• BN — Brown
• BU — Dark blue
• GN — Green
• GY — Grey
• OG — Orange
• PK — Pink
• RD — Red
• VT — Violet
• WH — White
• YE — Yellow

The number standing in the third part means cross-section section of the conductor in mm ² .

Sensors and indicators

For designation of sensors and indicators the simplified pictograms are used. On the sensor pictogram from the socket the symbol designating type of a target signal, and on the other hand – a symbol meaning the measured size is put.

Switches, relay and other components

The components led round by the continuous line are shown completely, and the faltering line led round only a part of a component. The signature of a component consists of serial number and one or several letters explaining its location (capital letters) and type (lower case letters).

Location is designated by the following letters:

• C — the Center
• D — the Party of the driver
• F — the Front
• H — the Luggage compartment
• P — the Party of the forward passenger
• R — the Back
• LH — At the left
• RH — On the right
