SID 2
The display is used as well for display of information of an audiosystem. SID 2 By means of the button DIST Distance to a place the purpose/counter of the passable way; ARRIV Estimated time of arrival; ALARM Alarm clock function; SPD W Prevention of speed (sound signal). By means of the button
TEMP Air temperature; D.T.E. Settlement distance which can be passed on the remained volume of fuel; FUEL 0 Average fuel consumption after installation on 0; SPD 0 Average speed after installation on 0. Irrespective of the chosen SID function automatically includes the prevention of ice if the external temperature makes from-3 to the +3rd hail (except the NIGHT PANEL mode). For dumping of values of all functions, except DIST, ALARM and SPD W, press the CLEAR button and hold it within not less than 4 seconds. Installation of values of the SPD 0, SPD W, DIST, ARRIV, ALARM functions For installation of values of these functions at first choose the corresponding function by buttons

The included function is marked with a sign · on the display. Calculation of an arrival time and average speed For calculation of an arrival time establish distance to the destination (DIST) and choose the ARRIV function. The arrival time pays off on the basis of average speed in the last 20 minutes of movement. At a stop its time is added up the time of arrival. At a choice of the DIST function the remained distance to the destination is displayed. When the distance to the destination reaches zero, DIST carries out function of the passable way. As initial size for the counter of the passable way the last preset value of the DIST function is used. For arrival time calculation at a certain speed of movement establish distance to the destination (DIST), speed of movement (SPD 0) and choose the ARRIV function. For calculation of the average speed (SPD 0) necessary for arrival in the destination, removed on distance (DIST), and during set time (ARRIV) act similarly. Check mode At engine start approximately within 4 seconds on the display the inscription «CHECK» ("CHECK") is deduced. If the message on check arrives during movement, раздаётся the sound signal and on the display before this message is deduced «INFO DISPL» inscription. If there are some messages, to the left of an inscription there is a symbol "+". Messages appear in priority sequence, depending on their importance. For message removal from the display quickly press the CLEAR button. The list of possible messages below is provided: FRONT (REAR/FOG/BRAKE) LIGHT FAILURE Headlights / back lamps / antifog headlights/stoplights do not work WASHER LIQUID LEVEL LOW Low level of liquid of a stekloomyvatel FILL COOLANT LIQUID Add OZh REPLACE KEY BATTERY Replace the battery in a key KEY NOT ACCEPTED The key is not identified SERVICE THEFT ALARM Service of the anticreeping alarm system TRANSMISSION OVERHEATING Transmission overheat TIME FOR SERVICE* Time on servicing STOP FOR FUEL Fill fuel CHECK OIL LEVEL Check level of impellent oil * For removal of this message briefly press the CLEAR button, and then press it once again and hold not less than 8 seconds while on the display there will be no inscription of "SERVICE" and the sound signal will not be distributed. NIGHT PANEL mode («The night panel») This mode is intended for increase in comfort when driving in a night-time at the expense of reduction of volume of information issued to the driver – the most important counters and indicators burn only. Inclusion and switching off of a mode is made by pressing the NIGHT PANEL button. Units of measurements and languages SID can work at one of 6 languages (Swedish, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish) and one of 4 sets of units of measure (the metric, American and two mixed sets). For an entrance in a mode of installation of a set of units of measure and language at the same time press and hold the CLEAR and SET buttons during 4 with, the sound signal yet will not be distributed. Establish demanded units of measure by means of buttons
Time and date installation Time is established by two small buttons located in the left part. For time display at the switched-off ignition press one of the SID buttons, except «NIGHT PANEL». For installation of date choose the TEMP function and hold the SET button not less than 1 second (the sound signal will be distributed and on the display year will start to blink). Establish the current year by means of buttons
SID 1 By means of buttons with shooters it is possible to choose one of functions (TEMP, D.T.E., FUEL 0, SPD 0). The description of functions is provided above for SID 2. The message on ice and messages on checks stands out similar to SID 2. Inclusion and NIGHT PANEL mode switching off, and also dumping of all values are made similar to SID 2. For confirmation of input the CLEAR button is used. For installation of units of measure and language of the display press at the same time the CLEAR button and an arrow up and hold them during 4 pages. Further procedure is carried out similar to SID 2. For date installation in the TEMP mode press during 1 about at the same time CLEAR button and an arrow down. Further procedure is carried out similar to SID 2. The acoustic help at a parking
The system contains 4 ultrasonic sensors radiators located in a rear bumper which register subjects at distance to 1.8 m behind the car. The system is activated automatically at inclusion of a backing and at detection of a subject deduces on the SID display «PARK ASSIST» message together with generation of short sound signals. Signals become frequent in process of car approach to an obstacle and at distance less than 30 cm turn into continuous tone. Character of signals considerably changes at distance of 90 cm is a distance most conveniently for luggage carrier unloading/loading. The help system at a parking can be disconnected. For this purpose at the activated system press and hold the CLEAR button before emergence on the display of the message of "PARK ASSIST OFF". In the same way the system joins. Besides, the system joins always at ignition inclusion. At detection of internal malfunction (for example, at pollution of sensors) and it gives out to impossibility of work of system a constant sound to inform the driver on it. |
