Removal and installation of components of SAI system
The forward valve and forward submitting tube of SAI
|

|
|
- Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and a perepuskny tube with the valve (2).
|
- Separate the socket of the sensor of temperature/pressure (3 on an illustration), disconnect a turbokompressor tube from the case of a throttle (4), then поддомкратьте the car and disconnect a tube from an interkuler (5).
- Lower the car on the earth and lift the receiver a turbokompressor.

- Weaken a collar (7 on an illustration) hose fastenings to the SAI valve and if it is required to remove only the valve, turn out bolts (8) its fastenings.
|
|
|
The valve can be removed and after tube removal. |
- At removal of a tube give fixture of the thermofilter of a final collector and remove the screen.
|
|
- Give fixture of a submitting tube to a forward final collector (3 bolts) and a head of cylinders (1 nut) and lift the receiver (11 on an illustration).
|
- If the forward SAI valve is not removed yet, remove it, having turned out bolts (12 on an illustration).
- Installation is made upside-down. Previously clear interfaced surfaces of the valve and a tube, use new laying.

The back valve and back submitting tube of SAI
|
|
- Separate sockets a lambda probes (see an illustration).
|
|
- Give fixture (2 on an illustration) a back tube of SAI to a final collector and a head of cylinders.
|
- Disconnect from the SAI valve a hose (3 on an illustration) and lift the receiver together with the valve.
- Turn out bolts (4 on an illustration) fastenings of the valve and separate it from a tube.
- Installation is made upside-down. Previously clear interfaced surfaces of the valve and a tube, use new laying.

Pump SAI
|
|
|
|
- To Poddomkratta the car also separate the socket of electroconducting of the pump SAI (2 on an illustration).
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump SAI, disconnect from it hoses and remove the pump (3 on an illustration).
- Installation is made upside-down. Be convinced that plugs of fixing openings of the pump are established correctly and do not drop out.

- Remove the pump SAI and the filter case (3 on an illustration).

- Remove the filter (4 on an illustration).
- Installation is made upside-down.
