Removal and installation of assembly of fans of a radiator
4-cylinder petrol engines
|
|
|
|
- Remove a perepuskny tube and the valve (1 on an illustration).
|
- Separate sockets of fans (2 on an illustration).
- Weaken collars of fastening of a ventilating hose of system of cooling (3 on an illustration). On models from AT also remove the tubes fixed on the case of fans.
- Turn out bolts of fastening of assembly of fans (4), unhook its bottom hooks (5) and raise assembly of fans.

- Take assembly of fans from an impellent compartment, having pulled for its corner (6 on an illustration).
|
- Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Petrol V6 engines
|
|
- Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration), a perepuskny tube and the valve. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the perepuskny valve of a turbokompressor (2).
- Separate the socket of the sensor of temperature/pressure on a submitting tube (3 on an illustration).
- Disconnect submitting tube from the case of a throttle and поддомкратьте the car (4 on an illustration).
- Disconnect submitting tube from an interkuler (5 on an illustration) and leave on it a collar.

- To Poddomkratta the car also remove submitting tube then remove thermoprotection (7 on an illustration) a forward final collector.
|
- Disconnect a hose of supply of air from the SAI valve (8 on an illustration) and disconnect SAI (9) tube from a forward final collector.
- Remove the MAF sensor and a hose then remove submitting tube of a turbokompressor (10 and 11 on an illustration).
- Separate sockets of fans, give fixture and remove assembly of fans
- Installation is made upside-down.

Diesel V6 engines
|
|
- Uncover a broad tank and a battery cover.
- To Poddomkratta the car also remove the bottom protective casing of the engine then lower cooling liquid.
- Disconnect from an interkuler a pressure head tube.
|
|
- Lower the car on the earth and remove submitting tube between a turbokompressor and the MAF sensor (5 on an illustration). Remove the top cover of the engine (6).
|
- Disconnect a pressure head air hose and a tube from the top section of the inlet pipeline (7 on an illustration).
- Remove the top hose of a radiator (8 on an illustration).
- Turn out a bolt of fastening directing щупа level of impellent oil to an elevating eye of the engine. Turn out the bottom and top bolts of fastening of an elevating eye and shift it aside.
- Separate sockets of fans, give fixture and remove assembly of fans.
- Installation is made upside-down.
