Removal and installation of a pedal of coupling and its arm

Before starting removal of a pedal of coupling establish seats in their extreme back situation.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove components.

Ensuring access to the main cylinder of coupling

1 — the Storage battery
2 — the Assembly block of the relay and safety locks
3 — the Block of fusible inserts and the switch of anticreeping system
4 — the Arm of the assembly block
  1. From an impellent compartment turn out 4 nuts of fastening of the main cylinder of coupling and an arm of a pedal of coupling.
  1. Remove the dashboard entirely (see. Head Body).
  1. Remove a knee emphasis under a steering wheel.
  1. Separate the Д/В socket of a pedal of coupling (9) and turn out bolts (10) fastenings of an arm of a pedal to an intensifying beam.
  1. Unhook from a pedal a spring (11), remove a clamp (12) and take an axis.
  1. Disconnect a steering shaft from the steering mechanism (13).

Dismantling of the shlitsevy hinge of a steering shaft is not allowed.

  1. Give fixture (1) intensifying beam and delay it back so that it was possible to remove a pedal arm. Remove an arm.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.
