 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover the tank of brake liquid and if necessary finish liquid level to demanded level.
  1. Give the union of pumping (3) and connect to it a device hose for pumping.
  1. Submit the compressed air to the device for pumping (5) and let's leave brake liquid before disappearance of bubbles then tighten the union.
  1. Establish on a cover of the tank of brake liquid the special adapter and, holding a device hose for pumping on the union, pump over the tank within a minute or time necessary in order that air bubbles rose by a surface.
  2. In summary check coupling work.

Pumping of the executive cylinder

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

For pumping of the main cylinder of coupling of RKPP it should be removed.


  1. Connect to the union (1) submitting tube of the executive cylinder a piece of a transparent hose in diameter of 8 mm and length of 450 mm.
  1. Completely press and release vyzhimny the bearing (2). The piston of the executive cylinder should remain in the domestic situation.
  2. Fill a hose with brake liquid on 350 mm and connect to it the manual pump.
  3. Create the pressure necessary in order that the piston of the cylinder and brake liquid was put forward started to move in the cylinder.

Do not allow a piston exit from the cylinder further its full speed.

  1. Remove the pump and accurately press the piston against the stop. Let's leave liquids with air bubbles.
  2. Repeat the actions described in paragraphs 9 and 10 before disappearance in leaving liquid of air bubbles.
  3. After the completion of pumping leave the piston in its domestic situation.
