Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a back door and its components

Below the left door is considered; removal and installation of the right door is made similarly. Removal and installation of internal furnish of back doors is made similar to removal and installation of furnish of a forward door (see. Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a forward door and its components).

Removal, installation and door adjustment

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a forward door to get access to consolidation of a plait of electroconducting in B rack.
  1. Remove consolidation and separate the socket (2).
  1. Open a back door and remove the limiter of its course (4).
  2. At first give a nut (5) bottom loops, and then – top (6). Hold a door at removal of the top nut.
  3. Accurately remove a door from loops.
  4. Installation is made upside-down. After installation adjust the provision of a door concerning a body.
  5. Adjustment of provision of a door in the longitudinal plane of the car is made at slightly turned out bolts of fastening of loops to a body, and adjustment in the cross-section plane – at the weakened nuts.

Glasses

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove internal furnish of a door (see. Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a forward door and its components) and vlagozashchitny screen.
  2. At removal of glasses remove their external consolidation.
  1. Lower glass so that his holder was visible through an opening at doors. Fix glass on a frame by means of strips of a sticky tape.
  1. Disconnect window regulator levers from rollers bottom directing, having taken out clips (5) and having hooked levers a wide screw-driver.

Screw-driver insert between the lever and directing not to bend the lever.

  1. Remove a sticky tape and lower a window regulator in the bottom situation, holding glass that it followed the lift.
  1. Remove consolidation (8) and turn out screws (8) directing and nuts (9) fastenings of the fixed window.
  1. Push the fixed glass forward and remove it from a door up.
  2. Remove lowered glass.
  3. Installation is made upside-down.

Window regulator

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Separate the window regulator socket (6).
  1. Vypressuyte the central parts of rivets (7, 8) also drill them.
  1. Lower a window regulator and remove it together with э / the motor.

Э / the motor is not separable from a window regulator.

  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Lock

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove internal furnish of a door (see. Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a forward door and its components) and vlagozashchitny screen.
  1. Turn out 3 screws of fastening of the lock.
  1. Disconnect a cable from the internal handle of a door and slightly pull the lock down to unhook draft (5).
  1. Raise the lock and separate the socket (6). Disconnect cables from the handle and draft from the lock (7).
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

Handle

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a door and remove a strip round a door frame.
  2. Remove internal furnish of a door (see. Section Removal, installation, dismantling and assembly of a forward door and its components) and vlagozashchitny screen.
  1. Give fixture and remove a plate from the back party of the handle.
  1. Turn out 3 screws of fastening of the lock.
  2. Slightly pull the lock down to unhook draft (5).
  3. Remove the handle from a door.
  4. Installation is made upside-down.
