Replacement of epiploons of a cranked shaft

Forward epiploon

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Bring the piston of the first cylinder into the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression (see. The section Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in situation VMT and replacement of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and its natyazhitel).
  2. Give fixture tension and adjusting rollers (see. Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline, belt of a drive of GRM and heads of cylinders).
  3. Mark the direction of movement of a belt of a drive of GRM, and also its situation concerning cogwheels.
  4. Remove the KM-800-10 adaptation from a cranked shaft, having left fixing adaptations on camshafts.
  5. Remove the bottom adjusting roller and a washer located behind it. Remove a belt of a drive of GRM.
  6. Turn a cranked shaft in situation 60 a hail. to VMT and поддомкратьте the car.
  1. Holding by means of the special adaptation a cogwheel of a cranked shaft, give its fixture and remove a cogwheel together with a pro-rate (19 on an illustration).
  1. Accurately take an epiploon (20 on an illustration), trying not to damage an interfaced surface.
  2. Grease a new epiploon, establish it on a cranked shaft and press by means of the special adaptation or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter.
  3. Establish a pro-rate and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft. Lower the car on the earth.
  4. Establish a belt of a drive of GRM and adjust its tension as it is described in the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline, a belt of a drive of GRM and heads of cylinders.
  5. Further installation is made as it should be, the return sequence of dismantle of components.

Back epiploon

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Depending on a complete set remove RKPP/AT and a flywheel / a driving disk (see. Head Manual box of gear shifting or Automatic transmission).
  2. Accurately take an epiploon (3 on an illustration).
Removal (3) and installation (5) of a back epiploon.

Damage of an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders is not allowed.

  1. Grease with impellent oil sealing edges of a new epiploon and press it into place by means of special adaptations (5 on an illustration).
  2. Establish a flywheel / a driving disk and RKPP/AT (depending on a complete set).
