Replacement of the oil pump and its valves

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Lay on wings protective covers, uncover the engine and disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
  2. Uncover a broad tank of system of cooling.
  3. To Poddomkratta car. Remove the right forward wheel and parts of the bottom spoiler. Lower the car on the earth.
  1. Hang out the engine.
  1. Establish the piston of the first cylinder in the provision VMT of a step of compression (see. The section Reduction of the piston of the first cylinder in the provision of the top dead point (VMT)) also remove a belt of a drive of GRM (see. Section Removal and installation of a head of cylinders and natyazhitel of a driving chain).
  2. Remove tension and adjusting rollers.
  3. Turn a cranked shaft in situation 60 a hail. to VMT also note this situation.
  4. Remove cogwheels of camshafts.
  5. Remove the water pump and a back cover of a belt of a drive of GRM.
  6. Remove a cogwheel of a cranked shaft (see an illustration).
  7. Disconnect electroconducting Д/В of pressure of impellent oil (to the left of a flange of a cranked shaft).
  8. Remove the generator (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine) and поддомкратьте car.
  9. Remove forward section of an exhaust pipe and lower impellent oil.
  10. Remove the pallet of a case and a maslozabornik (see. Section Removal and installation of the pallet of a case and maslootrazhatelny plate).
  11. Give To/in compressor fixture together with an arm and take him aside. Lower the car on the earth.
  1. Remove the case of the oil pump (37 on an illustration).
  1. Uncover and take both rotors of the pump (38 on an illustration).

Pay attention to an arrangement of labels on rotors.

  1. If necessary turn out jams, take springs and valves (reduktsionny and operating) – 39 on an illustration.

The operating valve can be removed at once after removal of a forward cover of a belt of a drive of GRM.

  1. Installation is made upside-down. Establish rotors labels outside. Use the new laying of the oil pump covered with hermetic No. 93 21 795 on the Saab catalog. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
  2. In summary start the engine and make sure of absence of leakages of oil.
