Removal, dismantling assembly and installation of a rack of a suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a forward wheel.

Disconnect from the shock-absorber a stabilizer (3) rack.

Give two bottom nuts (4) fastenings of a rack to a rotary fist and clean aside the holder of electroconducting of the wheel sensor and a brake hose.
Separate a rotary fist from a rack.

Give three top bolts of fastening of a rack and remove assembly of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.

Clamp a rack in a vice and by means of the special adaptation compress a spring.

Holding the shock-absorber from a provorachivaniye, give a lock-nut on its rod.

The reuse of a nut of fastening of a spring is not allowed.

Remove the bearing and the top saddle of a spring (3), and also a spring, a rubber casing and the limiter of compression (4).

Assembly and installation are made upside-down. Pay attention to that the spring rested against a stopper on its bottom saddle.
