Replacement of a stretcher of petrol models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover the inlet pipeline. On the V6 models give nuts from a flange of an exhaust pipe.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of a back pillow of the engine to a stretcher.
  1. Disconnect from a stretcher a transmission support. On the V6 models establish 2 elevating eyes: one on a back part of a head of cylinders, another – to the place of a bolt on a forward part of a head of cylinders.
  2. Establish the lift on wings and will hang out the engine.
  3. Separate electroconducting sockets a lambda probe (ов) and remove its collars.
  4. Remove forward wheels and the bottom protective casings of an impellent compartment.
  1. Give fixture of a maslookhladitel, having left it to hang on hoses. Fasten a plait radiator assembly to its support.
  1. Remove the amplifier (11) from a back part of a stretcher, at the corresponding complete set remove from the catalytic converter the sensor of temperature and lower forward section of an exhaust pipe (12).
  1. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism (13).
  1. Disconnect from a stretcher levers of a suspension bracket (14) and the stabilizer of cross-section stability (15).
  1. Give nuts of fastening of an air purifier to a stretcher.
  2. Remove from a stretcher a back collar of a tube of GUR and an arm. Also liberate tubes To/in from their holders.
  3. Prop up a stretcher and turn out the remained bolts of its fastening (see an illustration Fixture of components of a forward suspension bracket and a steering).
  4. Slightly lower a stretcher so to provide access to not removed collars of tubes of GUR.
  1. Lower a stretcher and remove arms (20) fastenings of assembly of a radiator and holders (21) tubes К/В.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
