Replacement of a stretcher of diesel models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Tire out the car on the lift, and cover wings protective covers.
  2. Remove an inlet air line and the top cover of the engine.
  3. Turn out a bolt of a back support of the engine and will hang out the engine.
  4. Lift the car and remove forward wheels. Remove the bottom protective casings of an impellent compartment.
  1. On models with xenon headlights remove the loading sensor from an arm and take him aside.
  1. Remove lateral protective casings of wheel arches and intermediate section of an exhaust pipe.
  1. Disconnect from a stretcher a support of the engine and suspension bracket levers.
  1. Remove from a stretcher the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
  2. Remove from a stretcher an air purifier and the bottom protective casing of a radiator.
  3. Fasten a plait a radiator to its support and remove rubber holders of tubes of cooling of GUR.
  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of amplifiers of a stretcher (19), disconnect a sleeve of cooling of the accumulator, prop up a stretcher and turn out the remained bolts of its fastening (22).

Average bolts of fastening of a stretcher differ from other bolts and at installation should be rolled on former places.

  1. Remove a support of a tube of an interkuler and lower a stretcher so that it was possible to turn out bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism.
  2. Liberate from holders of a tube of GUR and To/in and remove a stretcher.
  3. Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
