Removal and installation of a head of cylinders and natyazhitel of a driving chain
|
The repair sizes of a head of cylinders are specified in Specifications. Procedures of repair are not considered in view of their typicalness. |
Removal
Removal of asterisks of camshafts
|
- Start the engine on single turns, take a safety lock 15 and switch off ignition after the engine will decay. Establish into place a safety lock.
- Cover wings with protective covers and remove covers of the battery and the inlet pipeline.
- Merge OZh, disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery, поддомкратьте the engine and remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
- Slightly lower the car, remove the right forward wheel and disconnect GUR tube from a stretcher.
- Enter a wedge between the pallet of a case and a stretcher (on the right side).
- Remove the right support of the engine together with a collar, and then an arm of a tube of GUR.
- Remove the MAF sensor with a rubber saddle. Disconnect electroconducting from the MAF sensor and inlet port of a turbokompressor.
- Lift the receiver case ventilation.
- Remove a forward elevating eye of the engine.

- Separate sockets of electroconducting of a pressure head tube of a turbokompressor, the perepuskny valve and the pressure and temperature sensor. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the perepuskny valve and закупорьте the open ends of shtutserny connections.

- Compress a natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units by means of the special adaptation (9 on an illustration) and fix a natyazhitel, having inserted into his opening, for example, a prutkovy key of 3.5 mm. Remove a belt from pulleys.
|
- Remove a natyazhitel. Give generator fixture (10 on an illustration) and shift it aside then remove a generator arm.
- Separate sockets of electroconducting of the sensor of temperature and the ignition module (11 on an illustration).
|
- Disconnect hoses of system of cooling from a head of cylinders (12) (sockets of electroconducting (11) and OZh (12) hoses).
|
|
- Uncover the lever of the case of a throttle, a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve, щуп level of impellent oil with directing and disconnect fuel hoses (13 on an illustration).
|
- Remove a nipple сапуна a case from a cover of a drive of GRM (14 on an illustration).
|
- To Poddomkratta the car also remove a rack of the inlet pipeline.

Remove a turbokompressor rack (16 on an illustration) and lower the car on the earth.

- Remove the thermofilter from a turbokompressor and a final collector (18 on an illustration).
- Turn out 4 nuts of fastening of a turbokompressor to the final pipeline (19 on an illustration).
- Remove the pump GUR (20 on an illustration) and suspend it aside. Turn out the bottom screw of fastening of an arm of the pump GUR.

- Remove an arm of sockets of electroconducting of the module of ignition (22) from an elevating eye of the engine, and also an arm of a tube of the heat exchanger (23 on an illustration).
|
- Remove the ignition and spark plug module (see. Section Check and replacement of spark plugs and ignition module). Uncover heads of cylinders and bring the piston of the first cylinder into VMT of the end of a step of compression.
|
- Turn out bolts of fastening of asterisks of camshafts (26 on an illustration). Hold thus shaft from a provorachivaniye by means of the special adaptation.
|
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk and remove a natyazhitel of a chain of a drive of GRM. For this purpose after removal of a stopper, a spring and a pusher (27 on an illustration) use a key on 27 mm.
- Remove asterisks of camshafts and pull together directing chains of a drive of GRM with a rubber plait (28 on an illustration).

- Give fixture of a head of cylinders according to an illustration.
|
- Wipe the flowed-out oil and, having made sure that the chain does not disturb removal of a head of cylinders, separate it from the block of cylinders.
|
|
Installation
|
- Put prokladochny hermetic on internal laying of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Lay laying between the inlet pipeline and an intermediate part.
- Carefully clear all interfaced surfaces and put the Loctite hermetic roller in the 518th thickness of 2 mm and length of 10-20 mm on an internal part of the top interfaced surface of a cover of a drive of GRM.
- Pull together directing to a driving chain with a rubber plait and establish a head of cylinders with new laying on the block of cylinders. Make sure that the head of cylinders correctly sat down on aligning pins and that the driving chain is not taken.
- Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders in sequence, return sequence of their reversing, and with demanded efforts (see. Specifications).

- Tighten two bolts (5 on an illustration) between a cover of a drive of GRM and a head of cylinders with effort of 22 N • m.
|
- Make sure that labels on camshafts coincide with their reciprocal labels and combine adjusting labels of a cranked shaft (6 on an illustration).

At становите asterisks of camshafts also put on them a driving chain. Begin with a final camshaft.

Yet do not tighten bolts of fastening of asterisks. |
- Press a stopper of a natyazhitel of a chain and establish a natyazhitel, having tightened it a key on 27 mm with effort of 63 N • m. Then establish a spring and a pusher of a natyazhitel and tighten his stopper with effort of 22 N • m.
- Tighten with demanded efforts a bolt of fastening of an intermediate asterisk and bolts of fastening of asterisks of camshafts, holding shaft by means of the special adaptation.
- Make sure that the chain correctly lies on directing, then turn a cranked shaft on two complete revolutions and make sure that the piston of the first cylinder is in VMT of a step of compression.
- Clear a cover of a head of cylinders gasoline, grease its aperture with impellent oil and lay on a head of cylinders, since an aperture. Make sure that cables on the end of a cover opposite to the inlet pipeline, are not clamped.

- Tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders with effort of 15 N • m according to an illustration.
|
- Establish spark plugs and ignition modules (see. Section Check and replacement of spark plugs and ignition module).
- Further installation is made in sequence, return to an order of dismantle of components. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts (see. Specifications).
