Removal and installation of the vacuum pump

- Remove the top cover of the engine (1) and disconnect a hose (2) from a turbokompressor.
|
- Turn out a bolt (3) fastenings of a perepuskny tube to an entrance tube of a turbokompressor, remove perepuskny the valve (4) from a delivery tube. Separate the socket of the sensor of temperature on a delivery tube.

- Weaken collars of the case of a throttle and a delivery air hose (7). Turn out a bolt (7) fastenings of a delivery tube to an arm on a head of cylinders and lift the receiver. Cover the case of a throttle and a hose.

|
- Disconnect a vacuum hose (8) from the vacuum pump and separate the socket (9) of the module of ignition.
|
- Remove the union of greasing of the pump and collect the flowed-out oil (10).
|
|
Remember position of the vacuum pump and an axis concerning a groove. At installation this situation should be recreated. |
- Turn out 3 bolts (11) fastenings of the vacuum pump and remove the pump.
- Installation is made upside-down. The union of greasing of the pump and bolts of fastening of the pump at first tighten, and then with demanded efforts, and at first it is necessary to tighten bolts of fastening of the pump to a head of cylinders, and then to an arm.

- To Poddomkratta the car also remove a protective casing of an impellent compartment.
- Separate the pump socket, weaken a collar of a vacuum hose and disconnect it from the pump.
- Give nuts of rubber support and remove the pump.
- Installation is made upside-down.

Vacuum pump of diesel engines
|
|
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of an air line to the right support of the engine, remove an air line from a turbokompressor and take him aside.
- Remove vacuum hoses.
|

The hose from the amplifier of brakes has quick disconnect connection (4). |

- Turn out bolts (5) fastenings of the vacuum pump (6) and remove it.
|

Be convinced that directing plugs remained in the pump case. Pay attention that the bolts rolled in directing plugs are longer than the others. |
- Installation is made upside-down.
