Check of a condition of system of production of the fulfilled gases

Additional information on system of release of OG is presented in Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases.

Check should be made at the cold engine therefore it is better to be engaged in it before the first trip for the present day or not earlier than in three hours after engine switching off. Check a condition of all system of release, beginning from the engine and finishing a cut of an exhaust pipe. In an ideal this check should be carried out at the lifted car when to it there is a free access from below.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Poddomkratta the car and reliably establish it on support.
  2. Check pipes and their connections on existence of signs of leaks, strong corrosion and damages. Check a condition and reliability of fastening of all collars and rubber подвесов systems.
  3. At the same time examine the car bottom on existence of holes, the corrosion, the dispersed seams and the other defects allowing penetration of fulfilled gases in salon of the car. Close up all openings suitable hermetic.
  4. Release system, especially its support and подвесы, often are a source of a roar and other unpleasant sounds. Shake and pull pipes, exhaust silencers and the catalytic converter (at the corresponding complete set). If these components adjoin to elements of a body or suspension bracket details, replace their fixture.
  5. Examine electroconducting a lambda probes, established on reception pipes and behind the catalytic converter. If necessary replace wiring together with sensors.

Survey of an internal surface of an exhaust pipe allows to define the current working state of the engine. The structure of deposits in a pipe speaks about quality of settings of the engine. If the pipe from within black and zakopchyonny, can indicate it need of check of a power supply system.
