Below the description for petrol 4-cylinder engines is provided. Removal and installation of the steering mechanism on other models is carried out similarly. At replacement of steering drafts the steering mechanism should lie on an equal strong surface and should not be loaded, since the gear wheel and a lath otherwise can be damaged. |

|
- Pump out GUR liquid from the tank and take him aside.
- Clear area round connection of a returnable tube to the GUR liquid tank, disconnect a returnable tube and place its end in capacity for collecting GUR liquid (on less than 1 liter).
- To Poddomkratta the car so that forward wheels did not concern the earth. Start the engine and rotate a steering wheel between extreme provisions to pump out GUR liquid from the steering mechanism. As soon as the stream of liquid will weaken, switch off the engine not to damage the pump GUR.
- To Zakuporta a hose and an opening in the tank.
- Establish a steering wheel in the provision of rectilinear movement and fix it in this situation.
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a steering shaft to the steering mechanism and separate them, having pulled a shaft up.

Dismantling of a steering shaft is not admissible. |
- Uncover the inlet pipeline.
- Turn out bolts (2 on
an illustration) fastenings of a back pillow of the engine to a stretcher and the central nut of fastening of a pillow to an engine support.
- Will hang out the engine for a back elevating eye, поддомкратьте the car and remove forward wheels.
- Remove tips of both steering drafts (see. Section Removal and installation of tips and protective covers of steering drafts).
- Remove the amplifier of a stretcher (5 on
an illustration) and separate an exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the exhaust silencer.
- Turn out average bolts (8 on
an illustration) stretcher fastenings, lower its back part and remove an engine pillow.

- Disconnect submitting and returnable tubes from the case of the valve and cut couplers.
|
- Turn out two bolts (7 on
an illustration) fastenings of the steering mechanism.
- Remove the steering mechanism through the right wheel arch. Do not damage protective casings of steering drafts.
- Remove protective covers of hinges of steering drafts and a GUR valve boot.

- If necessary give a cap nut of fastening of draft, holding a lath.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new sealing rings of connection of submitting and returnable tubes of the GUR valve. Bolts of fastening of tubes tighten after bolts of the steering mechanism.

The washer of the right bolt of fastening of the steering mechanism is replaced with an arm of a submitting tube. |
