Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and injectors

At work with the fuel distributive highway and injectors observe exclusive purity.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine.
  2. At the working engine take a safety lock No. 19 and after a stop of the engine turn the ignition key in the situation "OFF".

4-cylinder engines of 2.3 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a hose of ventilation of a case (3 on an illustration), remove щуп level of impellent oil with a cover of a maslozalivny mouth (4).
  1. Remove a protective casing and disconnect a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (5 on an illustration).
  1. Separate sockets of injectors, the module of ignition, the sensor of absolute pressure, the MAF sensor and the sensor of pressure of pressurization (6 on an illustration).
  1. Weaken the top bolt (7 on an illustration) the holder of electroconducting, then the bottom bolts (8) then raise the holder and shift it back (9).
  2. Weaken connections of fuel lines (11 on an illustration) and clear area round injectors the compressed air.
  1. Disconnect a vacuum hose of a regulator of pressure of fuel (13 on an illustration) and turn out 2 bolts of fastening of the fuel distributive highway.
  1. Accurately separate the fuel distributive highway, having raised it by means of two wedges, and then remove finally.
  2. Installation is made upside-down. Sealing rings of injectors grease with acid-free vaseline. After installation adjust a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (see. Section Removal and installation of drop of gas, adjustment of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve).

4-cylinder engines of 2.0 l

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a hose of ventilation of a case (3 on an illustration), remove щуп level of impellent oil with a cover of a maslozalivny mouth (4).
  1. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve together with his holder.
  2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a submitting tube of a turbokompressor to a head of cylinders, weaken collars and lift the receiver.
  3. Turn out the top forward bolt of fastening of the holder of electroconducting about an elevating eye of the engine, then turn out a back bolt, lift the holder and shift it back.
  1. Separate sockets of injectors, the module of ignition, the sensor of absolute pressure, the control valve of pressure of pressurization and the sensor of pressure of pressurization.
  1. Liberate electroconducting from couplers and clamps and shift it aside.
  2. Clear area round injectors the compressed air.
  3. Act according to item 6-8 (4-cylinder engines of 2.3 l).

6-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect submitting hose (3 on an illustration) a turbokompressor, and also a driving cable (4) from the throttle case then disconnect it from the inlet pipeline and accurately shift aside.
  1. Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline and закупорьте open channels to prevent dirt hit in them (5 on an illustration).
  1. Disconnect from the fuel distributive highway electroconducting (6 on an illustration), remove fuel lines (7) and disconnect a vacuum hose of a regulator of pressure of fuel (8).
  2. Clear area round injectors the compressed air, turn out bolts of fastening of the fuel distributive highway and remove it together with injectors.
  3. Installation is made upside-down. Sealing rings of injectors grease with acid-free vaseline. After installation adjust a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (see. Section Removal and installation of drop of gas, adjustment of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve).
