Removal and installation of a tube of forced air

4-cylinder engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine and give fixture of a perepuskny tube (2 on an illustration) to submitting tube of a turbokompressor.
  1. Remove from a tube of forced air perepuskny the valve (3 on an illustration) and separate the socket of the sensor of pressure/temperature located on it (4).
  1. Weaken fastening collars on the case of a throttle and a hose of forced air (5 on an illustration). On models from RKPP disconnect from a tube of forced air Venturi's hose.
  1. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a tube of forced air to an arm on a head of cylinders (6 on an illustration) and lift the receiver. Close the case of a throttle and a hose of forced air.
  2. If the tube acts in film for the purpose of replacement, rearrange from it the sensor of pressure/temperature upon a new tube, having greased sealing rings of the sensor with gasoline.
  3. Installation is made upside-down.

V6 engine

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top cover of the engine (1 on an illustration) and a perepuskny tube (2) with the valve, holding a sealing ring from connection with a submitting tube of a turbokompressor.
  1. Separate the socket (3 on an illustration) the sensor of pressure/temperature and disconnect a tube of forced air from the case of a throttle (4).
  1. To Poddomkratta the car also disconnect a tube of forced air from an interkuler, having left a collar on an interkuler (6 on an illustration).
  1. Lower the car on the earth and lift the receiver.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.
