Removal and installation of the case of a throttle
|
|
- Switch off ignition and remove the top cover of the engine.
- Uncover a broad tank of system of cooling to dump pressure in system, and establish a cover into place.

4-cylinder engines
|
|
|
|
- Uncover the lever of a drive of a butterfly valve.
|
- Press together two hoses of system the coolings going to the case of a throttle.
|
|
- Remove a hose of the perepuskny valve of forced air, and also two hoses of preliminary warming up (6 on an illustration). Disconnect the bottom vacuum hose (7).
|
- Lift the receiver forced air (see. The section Removal and installation of a tube of forced air).
|
|
- Disconnect a cable of a pedal of gas from the lever of a drive of a butterfly valve (10 on an illustration).
|
- Remove a rubber protective cap and separate the socket Ý/m the valve of emergency operation (11 on an illustration). Separate also 10-contact socket of the case of a throttle (12).
- Turn out 3 bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle (13 on an illustration), raise it and disconnect a hose under Ý/m the valve of emergency operation.
- Installation is made upside-down. If necessary use new consolidations.
- After start of the engine make sure of reliability of a tightening of all connections.

V6 engine
|
|
- Disconnect from the throttle case a tube of forced air (see. The section Removal and installation of a tube of forced air).
|
|
- Press two hoses of system the coolings going to the case of a throttle (5 on an illustration).
|
- Disconnect a cable (6 on an illustration) gas pedals from the lever of a drive of a butterfly valve.
- Separate the socket Ý/m the valve of emergency operation (7 on an illustration) and the 10-contact socket of the case of a throttle (8).
- Disconnect a vacuum hose and weaken connection of the line of a purge under Ý/m the valve of emergency operation (9 on an illustration).
- Disconnect from the throttle case two hoses of system of cooling (10 on an illustration).

- Turn out 3 bolts of fastening of the case of a throttle and remove it.
|
- Lift the receiver forced air (see. The section Removal and installation of a tube of forced air).
