Removal and turbokompressor installation
4-cylinder engines
|
- Dump pressure in system of cooling and поддомкратьте the car.
- Remove the bottom forward protective casing of the engine and empty cooling system.

- Remove an arm (5 on an illustration) turbokompressor fastenings, weaken a nipple of return of oil and connection of a tube (6) from a turbokompressor to the block of cylinders. To Zakuporta an opening in the block of cylinders.

- Disconnect from a turbokompressor an oil tube (7 on an illustration), going from the case of the oil filter. Lower the car on the earth.
|
- Remove a perepuskny tube (9 on an illustration) and the valve, separate sockets of the control valve (10) and the MAF (11) sensor and disconnect hoses of a turbokompressor and the case of a diaphragm (12).
|
- Turn out a hollow bolt of a tube (13 on an illustration) to case ventilation from a sleeve of an air inlet and a bolt from a cover of a head of cylinders. Put a tube and electroconducting aside.
- Remove an elevating eye of the engine (15 on an illustration), the MAF sensor and an air line (16).

- Remove the thermofilter of a final collector (17 on an illustration) and weaken quick disconnect connection of a ventilating hose (18).
|
- Weaken V-shaped (19 on an illustration) a collar of a sleeve of an air inlet on a turbokompressor and remove a sleeve (20).
- Weaken a collar (21 on an illustration) fastenings of a hose of an interkuler to a turbokompressor and close a hose from a dust.
- Disconnect from a turbokompressor forward section of final system and accurately lower it (22 and 23 on an illustration).

- Disconnect an oil tube (24 on an illustration) from the case of the oil filter and collect copper washers.
|
- Disconnect a cooling tube from a turbokompressor (25 on an illustration) then turn out a bolt of fastening of a tube to the water pump (26).
- Disconnect a returnable water tube from a head of cylinders, and also from an arm of the sensor of pressure then turn out a bolt of fastening of a returnable tube to a turbokompressor (27 and 28 on an illustration).
- Give nuts (29 on an illustration) turbokompressor fastenings to a final collector and remove a turbokompressor.
- Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
- Previously make sure that bearings of a turbokompressor are filled with oil. If necessary fill oil through submitting tube of a turbokompressor and turn it a hand on enough of turns;
- Grease hairpins of fastening of a turbokompressor with Molycote 1000 greasing;
- At first tighten only the top gangs of fastening of a turbokompressor. The bottom nut should be tightened only before it is necessary to connect to a turbokompressor an oil tube;
- Use new sealing rings.

V6 engine

- Tire out the car on the lift and remove the top cover of the engine.
- Remove a hose of forced air together m a perepuskny tube and the valve.
- Close a final opening of an interkuler.
|
- Remove the thermofilter of a final collector (5 on an illustration).
|
- Lift the receiver case ventilation between an inlet tube of a turbokompressor and a head of cylinders (6 on an illustration), and also a hose from an oil separator. Take a hose aside.
- Remove submitting tube of a turbokompressor (7 on an illustration) and take her aside.
- Disconnect the final hose of a turbokompressor going to an interkuler (8 on an illustration).
- Remove assembly of fans of a radiator (see. Head of System of cooling of the engine, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).

- Press submitting and returnable hoses of cooling of a turbokompressor and disconnect them from it (10 and 11 on an illustration).
|
- Remove directing щупа level of impellent oil (12 on an illustration) and disconnect from a turbokompressor a forward hose (13).
- Separate the socket a lambda probe and поддомкратьте the car.
- Remove an electroconducting coupler a lambda probe, previously having remembered the route of laying of electroconducting. Omit electroconducting.
- Separate forward and back sections of an exhaust pipe, then disconnect forward section from a final collector and remove it.

- Disconnect an oil tube from the case of the oil filter (21 on an illustration).
- Lower the car on the earth and give nuts of fastening of assembly of a forward final collector with a turbokompressor.
- Installation is made upside-down. Use new laying and sealing rings.
