Replacement of epiploons and pulley of a cranked shaft
Forward epiploon
|

- To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Remove the right forward wheel.
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Section Replacement of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units).

- Remove the bottom cover of a flywheel and block flywheel rotation by means of the special adaptation.
|
|
|
- Turn out a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft (6) and accurately take a screw-driver an old epiploon (7).
|
|
|
Do not damage the surface of the oil pump interfaced to an epiploon. |
- Establish a new epiploon by means of the special adaptation or a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter.
- Further installation is made as it should be, the return sequence of dismantle of components. In end start the engine, let's to it work idling. Muffle the engine and check existence of leaks through an epiploon.

Back epiploon
|
|
- Remove RKPP or AT, depending on model (see. Head Manual box of gear shifting or Automatic transmission). On models from RKPP remove coupling and a persistent plate (see. Head Coupling and power shafts).
- Remove a flywheel or a driving disk.
- Accurately take a screw-driver an old epiploon.

Do not damage a surface interfaced to an epiploon. |
|
|
- Press a new epiploon by means of the special adaptation (1 on an illustration), established on cranked to a shaft.
|
- Installation is made upside-down. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
