Replacement of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft (see. Section Replacement of epiploons and pulley of a cranked shaft).

Remove and clear a lock ring of the oil pump.

By means of big zakhvatny pincers uncover the oil pump and take its rotors.

At removal remember an arrangement of labels on a cover and on gear wheels that then to establish them in a starting position.

Installation is made upside-down. Previously grease rotors with impellent oil. Tighten fixture with demanded efforts.
